Blueberry Muffins

I know these are not next on the schedule but mom came home with a "bushel" of blueberries from Costco (apparently they are in "season". Those of us who live in Paradise are not familiar with this concept so I'll take their word for it. I might need to check what other fruits are in "season" and make those recipes now). 

These should be called "Blueberry Angel Food Cake Muffins". They are soft bundles of breakfast joy. 

I used Challenge butter, EB flour, O eggs and Nielsen vanilla. They baked for 27 minutes.
